Dear one and all,

On Saturday 20th March, Halfway Hall is a-coming.

There are more details to follow, but right now I want to go to bed
(exam tomorrow, yay!).

Each year Osler put on a Halfway Hall for its 5th years and it is
GREAT. This year, that is us – and it’s about time we celebrated
making it this far! One year till we’re done? After 5 years? We
deserve to let ourselves go for the night..

The dinner is to be held in New College Hall, which is guaranteed to
be absolutely fantastic and very pretty, and will include a three
course meal, with exclusive use of their pretty swish bar before and
after the meal. We’ll also be arranging an after-party for us all to
dance the night away together and have a wunnerful time!

The meal itself (as I said, three courses, including coffee, those
nice chocolates and half a bottle of wine per person) comes to £22 per
person.
This is very much subsidised by the wunnerful generosity of your very
own Osler House (in the order of thousands of £££’s overall), so you
know it’s going to be good.

We need to get final numbers to New College AT THE LATEST by Saturday
6th March..

If you don’t state in the subject that it’s for Halfway Hall, you’ll
get all mixed in with Brompton’s Cocktails, and then you miiiight be

P.s. I know it’s half way through the rotation and some of you are
away – this was organised waaaaaay back in October, and even then none
of the other dates or venues were available.. It’s not intentional. We
love you. Besides, surely a better tan than the rest of us is worth
it?? ;) x
