1. **Important Welfare Notice**

Dear All,

Night Safety

There has been a report of a rape in St Clements a few days ago. The woman was grabbed walking along St Clements road.

Please keep yourselves safe and carry out  basic precautions as in any other city. For example, do not walk  alone at night but take a registered taxi, the safety bus (details below) or ask a friend to accompany you home. Also I really encourage you all to carry an attack alarms at all times. There were a few in the welfare supplies draw at the moment but if you would like me to pigeon hole you one please let me know.

The Safety Bus

Call 07714 445050 from 9 p.m.–3 a.m and this bus will come and pick you up for a £1 donation fee. Please jot down this number and use this service if you ever find yourself stranded without money or in a particularly vulnerable position after a night out.

4. **Free minibus driving course**

If you would like to drive for the Osler Rock Climbing Club three peaks
challenge we’ll pay for you to take the university minibus driving
course.  It should be a really fun weekend, raise some money for charity
and earn you some cv points.  You must be free to do the test at 11am on
25th March.
