Hey everybody,

Please read the information on Halfway Hall below (even if you have
RSVP-ed to make sure you are on the list and find out payment
details), especially if you have dietary requirements or are
non-alcoholic; it’s very important y’know.. You must RSVP and you must
PAY. There is a TIME LIMIT on this, so reply ASAP. And as someone
asked: Of course Grad entry are invited!(!!)

Also, a quick thank you.. We hope those who were there had a fantastic
night at Brompton’s Cocktails – it was an incredible night and
completely outstripped last year’s efforts quite literally by light
years. To put things in context, only twenty people went last year.

A huge thank you is owed to Suzanne Ryan and Anna Forbes for all their
efforts organising the event, Jonty Curry and Huw Davies in command of
the epic bar effort, Osman Khalid for hunting down all those cheques,
and everyone else on the Osler Committee for all their hard work to
make the night what it was.

So.. Don’t miss out on Halfway Hall!! :D

Dear one and all, you cordially invited to Osler Halfway Hall on
Saturday 20th March for a dinner of courses three, as detailed in the
menu below, in the picturesque and truly delightful surroundings of
New College Hall. Prior to and following dinner, we will have full use
of their bar, before the night takes us elsewhere..

The dinner is to be priced at £22 per person and includes half a
bottle of wine per person (£18 if non-alcoholic).

Please RSVP to this email address by midnight FRIDAY 5TH MARCH if you
wish to attend, including details of DIETARY REQUIREMENTS and
Alcoholic / Non-Alcoholic ticket.

After this time, numbers will be FINAL – if you don’t RSVP you will
NOT be able to attend. Similarly, if you RSVP, you are committed to
payment regardless of whether you attend – unless you can find someone
else to fill your place.

I have attached the current list of attendees, including details of
dietary requirements and such – please check this list to make sure
your name is on it and your dietary requirements are correct. Contrary
to the beliefs of some vegetarians, one is not psychic.

Please pidge a cheque made payable to “Osler House Club” to Osman
Khalid (pidge found in Osler House) for the amount required by Friday
12th March (note one week after RSVP deadline). If this is going to be
a problem, let us know.
