Hi all. 3 IMPORTANT sports/socs notices. Please read and reply ASAP, as 2 & 3 have short deadlines.

1.       MEDICS VARSITY. Medics Varsity 2010 is fast approaching, and we’re in the midst of planning everything. What we need is to hear from the Captains of sports teams that wish to participate, and how many people are going to be involved in playing. I want to hear from all sports, whether they are the big sports (football, rugby, hockey etc.) or have never happened at varsity. If you don’t get in touch with these details we won’t be able to make the necessary bookings for pitches/courts, or provide enough stash etc. Please email me (rob.middleton@medschool.ox.ac.uk) with these details.

2.       SPORTS/SOCS TIMETABLE. For the Fresher’s pack, we are including a timetable of sports/socs. Please reply to me (rob.middleton@medschool.ox.ac.uk) with details of WHERE and WHEN your club has meets, and if people need to bring any gear with them. This way we can put this essential information in the pack, and clubs can get maximum attendance from the word go! Sports/Socs can provide extra info to freshers at the fresher’s fair. Please get this information to me by the end of Monday 19^th July.

3.       CONTACT DETAILS. You’ve had lots of emails about this, and this is the last one I’ll be sending. If you have not emailed myself (rob.middleton@medschool.ox.ac.uk) about contact detail updates for president/captain positions of societies/sport clubs, then last year’s contact details will be used in the fresher’s pack. I need to hear about this by Monday 19^th July as well.
